Office space at the BDC rarely becomes available and because of this we operate a waiting list and a Lettings Policy.

Our offices are generally reallocated as soon as they become available and are first offered to those already on our waiting list. To join the waiting list you will need to fill in an application form.

Please contact SSBA on 020 7247 1892.  Once received, your details will be entered on to our waiting list and you will be allocated a specific reference number for each application.
